2. Free Matching Chances

New users may receive free matching chances.

Free matching chances have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or converted into coins or money.

If free matching chances expire, are used, or become unavailable due to product rules, they are not eligible for refund.

3. Coins

Coins are virtual items used for supported platform features.

Coin purchases may not be refundable once:

  • Coins have been used
  • Gifts have been sent
  • Paid chat actions have been started
  • Host interactions have been consumed
  • The purchase has been credited and used in the platform

Unused coin balances may be reviewed for refund eligibility depending on applicable law, payment provider rules, and platform policy.

4. Virtual Gifts

Virtual gifts are digital items that may be sent to hosts or other supported recipients.

Once a gift is sent, it is usually considered consumed and may not be refundable.

Refunds for gifts may be considered only in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or cases required by law.

5. VIP Membership

VIP membership may provide access to supported features for a defined period or under specific membership rules.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Whether VIP access has been used

If VIP membership renews automatically, users are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if they do not want to continue.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • A match or conversation did not meet user expectations
  • A host did not respond as expected
  • The user violated platform rules

  • The user forgot to cancel a renewal where cancellation tools were available

7. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased feature, users should contact support.

  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots if available
  • Device and browser information

We may investigate and decide whether to restore access, credit coins, provide another remedy, or issue a refund where appropriate.

8. Duplicate Charges
